Kerry (Sandhya) DeBay completed a 200 hour teacher training course accredited through Yoga Alliance. Trained in the Kripalu style, she is a certified PremYoga teacher and has additional training and certification in Restorative and Prenatal yoga. Sandhya is dedicated to serving others and her teaching philosophy embraces the wisdom of the body, compassion, and self-acceptance.
